In 2004 graduated from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy of Ukraine, specialty “Jurisprudence” (faculty № 1 – Institute of training for the organs of the public prosecutor’s office).

From 2005 to 2016 working at the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Court. For the last eight years of this period, working in leading positions: Head of the Department of Justice, Assistant to the First Deputy Minister, Assistant to the Chairman of the Supreme Court, Deputy Head of the Legal Department of the Supreme Court, Deputy Director of the Department, Head of the Department of Justice of the Ministry of Justice.

While working in these state bodies, was responsible for the forming a legal position on the issues of the judicial system and the status of judges, civil, economic and criminal procedural legislation, legislation on administrative proceedings, criminal and administrative legislation, advocacy and mediation.

There is experience in organizing the implementation of their official duties by the first persons of the higher authorities, in particular with regard to the presentation and support during the consideration of draft laws and regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Specialization: judicial system and status of judges, court process, international standards in the field of the independence of judges and legal proceedings, advocacy, mediation.

Presently, is a national expert in the field of justice in international technical assistance projects.

In 2004 completed his studies at the Lviv Commercial Academy.

Since 2004 working at the Academy of Judges of Ukraine, the institution of training and qualification of judges, that at that time was responsible for the selection, stydiing, training of judges of courts of general jurisdiction. He directly participated building the foundations for a modern model of initial training for candidates for judge, creating a system of ongoing training of judges, distance studying of judges, solving problematic and actual issues of judicial practice, etc. The professional career at the Academy of Judges of Ukraine has been completed at the post of Acting Vice-rector for legal and informational activities in connection with the liquidation of the institution.

Starting from 2010, working on the management positions of the Secretariat of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine. Among professional achievements during work in the mentioned body: development and implementation of the system of anonymous testing of candidates for a judges and acting judges, creation of a system for assessing the level of professional training of candidates for a judge using model litigation, the development of unified methods for assessing the professional level of judges, methodological recommendations for detection personal and moral qualities of candidates for a judge, development of judges’ professional profiles, ensuring the qualification of judges, hall tions of the public to assess the work of judges.

Professional work in the Secretariat of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine completed in 2016 upon dismissal from the post of a Director of the Department for the Professional Qualifications of Judges and Candidates for Judges.

Specialization: judicial system and the status of judges, international standards for training judges, initial training and ongoing training of judges, protection of fundamental freedoms and human rights, advocacy.

Today I am engaged in private human rights practice and is a national expert in international technical assistance projects.

In 2012 graduated from the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine, a division of special advocacy training,

Starting from the same year, worked as a lawyer at the Commodity exchange “Central Universal Stock Exchange”, specializing in selling real estate owned by the state.

2012-2014 worked in the Main Department of Justice of Kyiv and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. Responsibility: representing the interests of the state, in particular the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in the courts of Ukraine, ensuring the implementation of the powers of the Minister of Justice as a member of the High Council of Justice.

From 2014 to 2017 worked in the Supreme Court of Ukraine. Area of responsibility: development and legal expertise of draft laws in the field of justice, which are under consideration in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, preparation of constitutional petitions to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on issues of unconstitutionality of the provisions of the current legislation. Permanent participant in international scientific conferences, round tables on the implementation of judicial reform in Ukraine.

Admitted to the Bar from 2017.

Specialization: the judiciary, international standards for the implementation of justice, international public law, private international law, constitutional law, criminal law and process.

In 2002 completed her studies at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, received a higher education in the specialty “Jurisprudence”.

The career began at 1999 as a second-rate specialist in the pension management department of the social district welfare department.

During 2000-2002 working in the district department of justice in the position of specialist and the head of department – deputy head of this current department.

From 2002 till present time – working in private legal consulting company, the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

The experience of professional activity as a lawyer consist in the practical application of the norms of civil, family, labor, housing, land law, civil and administrative procedural legislation; development of forms and preparation of judicial documents; drafting of normative legal acts; carrying out analytical work and advising on legal issues; participation, including as a speaker, in seminars, round tables, conferences on legal issues. Working in the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine consisted in participation in the development of rules and procedures for bringing judges to disciplinary responsibility, the selection of candidates for a judge’s position for the first time, the development of judges’ professional profiles, and the means of involving the public in the analysis to determine the current qualifications of judges. During holding a position in the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the sphere of professional responsibility included the implementation of the basis of international standards, expert analysis of initiatives in the framework of judicial reform. Overall the experience in managing positions is about 8 years.

Specialization: civil law and process, family, housing and labor law; the judicial system and the status of judges, international standards of judiciary; the protection of human rights at the national level through the prism of the practice of the European Court of Human Rights.

Currently is working in the Supreme Court of Ukraine as Head of the Department on Supporting the Leadership of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

IN 2008 graduated from Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National Univercity of Taras Schevchenko as a Magister of International Law.
From 2005 until 2007 private practice as a legal adviser.
From 2007 until 2010 working at State Department on Legal Approximation as an expert on Euro-Atlantic Integration and on approximation of Ukrainian legislation with EU acquis, head of unit of coordination of Ukraine-EU relations;
From 2010 until 2016 working in the Ministry of Justice as a deputy director and director of divisions and departments for European Integration.
From З 2016 and until now working at the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
For the being in public administration participated in negotiations on the Association Agreement between Ukraine and EU, EURATOM and its Member States, Ukraine –EU visa free, sectorial agreements.
In State Department for Legal Approximation and Ministry of Justice of Ukraine ensured coordination and expertise of the implementation of Ukraine’s obligations under bilateral agreement between Ukraine and EU, Council of Europe. Was directly linked to preparation of framework legislation on personal data protection, antidiscrimination and other spheres where Ukraine has international obligations.
As a Director of the Government Office for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration coordinates central bodies of executive power on implementation of the Association Agreement, Charter on a Distinctive Partnership between Ukraine and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, approximation of Ukrainian legislation with EU acquis, standards and recommendations of NATO.
